We are now seeking a new colleague to join our NPD (New Product Development) team led by Kristina Isikli. This team is pivotal in shaping Vilgain’s product offerings by identifying market trends, sourcing exceptional products, and developing exclusive own‑brand collections.

What will be your main responsibilities:

• Procurement: Source packaging materials that meet Vilgain's global standards, focusing on capacity, service, and price.
• Supplier Contact: Be the main contact between our team and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and meeting business needs.
• Performance Tracking: Track and maintain strong relationships by monitoring suppliers' performance on timeliness and production.
• Negotiations: Lead contract talks with packaging providers to meet service and our product goals.

You have a great chance to succeed if you have:

• Previous experience in sourcing and buying, preferably in the packaging area, is required. While we are here to support you as much as possible, a relevant background is essential to get up to speed quickly.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English are a must.
• Proactive personality: You don’t take “no” for an answer and always look for a solution.
